BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY- COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT;"
WORTH, TEBAS.t..
1. That the City Council of the City of Fort Worth will hold a
public hearing on a proposal to adopt a 1991 tax rate of
$0.9330 per 5100 valuation on all property liable to taxes--
tion, which proposed rate exceeds the lower- of the rollback:t
tax rate or 103- percent of the effective tax rate calculated..
as provided by Section 26.04 of the Property Code of the
State of Texas. -
2. That such public hearing will be held on September 3, 1991,
at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, Fort Worth
Municipal Building, 1000 Throclanorton Street, Fort Worth,
Texas, and an adequate opportunity will be afforded for
proponents and opponents of the proposed tax increase to
present their views. - - - _--~~ ~ --
3. That the City Secretary shall publish notice of such hearing
as provided in Section 26.06 of the Property Tax Code of the
