A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR A PUBLIC HEARING TO BE HELD
IN THE CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS AT THE MUNICIPAL BUILDING
IN THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS, ON NOVEMBER 12, 1991,
AT 10.00 A.M., FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONSIDERING THE
~~ PROPOSED CHANGES AND AMENDMENTS TO ORDINANCE N0.
3011, AS AMENDED, WHICH IS THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING
ORDINANCE OF SAID CITY, AND PROVIDING THAT SAID
HEARING MAY CONTINUE FROM DAY TO DAY UNTIL EVERY
INTERESTED PARTY AND CITIZEN HAS HAD A FULL
OPPORTUNITY TO BE HEARD.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH,
TEXAS=
That at 10 00 O'clock A.M., Tuesday, November 12, 1991, the City
Council of the City of Fort Worth, which is the legislative body
of said City, will hold a public hearing in the Council Chambers
at the Municipal Building for the purpose of considering changes
and amendments to Ordinance No. 3011, as amended, the
~~omprei~ensive Zoning Ordinance of said City. The purpose of
said hearing is to determine whether or not said Ordinance No.
3011, as amended, should be amended so that the zoning classi-
fication of the following areas shall be changed as hereinafter
described.
Z-91-079 BEING a 50.00 acre tract of land situated in the A. S.
T~~' Trimble Survey, Abstract No. 1528 and the J. B. Johnson
~'=' Survey. Abstract No. 855. City ofi Fort bJorth, Tarrant
County, Texas, and being the same tract of land
described in deed to Laura Bayoud Hunt as recorded in
Volume 7928, Page 189, of the Deed Records of Tarrant
County, Texas, said 50.00 acres being more particularly

BEGINNING at a 1i 2" iron rod with plastic cap stamped
"Espey, Huston & Assoc., Inc." found at the
intersection of the westerly line of Precinct Line Road

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING ORDINANCE OF
'iHE CITY OF FORT WORTH (APPENDIX "A" OF THE CODE OF THE
=IT`f OF FORT WORTH), BY AMENDING SECTION 18D,
"SUPPLEMENTAL BUFFERYARD AND BUILDING REQUIREMENTS". TO
PROVIDE TEMPORARY RELIEF FROM THE REQUIREMENTS FOR
VACANT NONRESIDENTIAL PROPERTY; PROVIDING THAT THIS
ORDINANCE SHALL BE CUMULATIVE OF ALL ORDINANCES; PROVIDING A
SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; PROVIDING A PENALTY CLAUSE; PROVIDING
A SAVINGS CLAUSE; PROVIDING FOR ENGROSSMENT AND ENROLLMENT;
PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION IN PAMPHLET FORM; PROVIDING FOR

That the proposed amendments and changes at this hearing will be

paper of general circulation, one (1) time, shall constitute a
notic.= of Hearing, which publication shall be made at least
fifteen (15? days prior to such hearing, and all interested
parties are urgently requested to be in the Council Chambers at
the iHunicipal ^cuilding at the time hereinabo~~~e set forth to make
any protest or suggestion that may occur r_o them, and this
nearing may continue from day to day until everv interested party
