COUNTY OF TARRANT 8
WHEREAS, the City of Fort Worth (CITY) and Teague Nall and Perkins,
Inc. , (ENGINEER) made and entered into City Secretary Contract No. 32378,
(the CONTRACT) which was authorized by the City Council by M&C C-20954 on
the 6th day of September, 2005; and subsequently revised by Amendment
Number 1 which was authorized by the City Council on the 12th day of
December, 2006 (M&C C-21883) ;and subsequently revised by Amendment Number
2 which was authorized by the City Council on the 19th day of August,
2008 (M&C C-22981) ; and subsequently revised by Amendment Number 3 which
was authorized by the City Council on the 9th day of June, 2009 (M&C C-
23573) ; and subsequently revised by Amendment Number 4 which was
authorized by the City Council on the 23rd day of March, 2010 (M&C C-
24140) ; and subsequently revised by Amendment Number 5 which was
authorized by the City on the 26th day of May, 2010;
WHEREAS, the Contract involves engineering services for the following
project:
Golden Triangle Boulevard from IH-35W to US 377;
WHEREAS, it has become necessary to execute Amendment No. 6 to said
Contract to include an increased scope of work and revised maximum fee;
NOW THEREFORE, CITY and ENGINEER, acting herein by and through their
duly authorized representatives, enter into the following agreement,
which amends the Contract:

Article I of the Contract is amended to include the additional
engineering services specified in the proposal letter dated January 10,
2011, copies of which are attached hereto and incorporated herein. The
cost to City for the additional design services to be performed by
Engineer total $47,900 .00 .

Article II of the Contract is amended to provide for an increase in
the maximum fee to be paid to Engineer for all work and services
performed under the Contract, as amended, so that the total fee paid by
the City for all work and services shall not exceed the sum of
$2,372,106.00.

All other provisions of the Contract, which are not expressly amended
herein, shall remain in full force and effect.

Fee Proposal for Contract Amendment No.6
Dear Mr. Weiss:
Teague Nall and Perkins, Inc. is submitting this fee Amendment for the above referenced contract
based on additional services requested. The following is a brief description and cost for the
additional services to be provided on this project:
I. Redesign of Storm Drainage Systems
The City requested that TNP redesign Storm Drain Lines E-1, G-1, G-2, 1-1 and J-2 to resolve
conflicts with existing franchised utilities that were not relocated. The revisions affect 19 plan
sheets and require that 37 additional lateral profiles be designed and drafted. In addition to the
design changes, TNP will calculate the change in quantities for the new plan and assist in the
preparation of the change order.
II. Illumination Design
The City requests that TNP design the illumination for Golden Triangle Blvd. TNP will perform
a photometric analysis to determine the layout of the light poles. In addition, we will develop
construction plans for the light poles, conduit runs, and electric services required. TNP will
coordinate the design with the electric company and assist in preparing the change order to
incorporate the proposed illumination elements into the ongoing construction project.
Fee Proposal for Contract Amendment No.6: $ 47,900.00
TNP proposes a fixed fee of$47,000 to accomplish the scope of services described above.
This fee shall be full compensation for work required of TNP andthree subconsultants.
