IPI THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS, ON APRIL 10. 1990 AT
10:00 A.M.. FCR THE PURPOSE OF COPISIDERING THE PROPOSED
CHADIGES FIND AMENDMENTS TO ORDINANCE NO. 3011, AS AMEN-
DED, WHZCH IS THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING ORDINANCE OF
SAID CITY. AND PROVIDING THAT SAID HEARING MAY COPITINUE
FROM DAY TO DAY UNTIL EVERY INTERESTED PARTY AND CITI-
ZEN HAS HAD A FULL OPPORTUNITY TC BE HEARD.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH. TEXAS:
That at 10:00 O`ciocz A.M., Tuesday, April 10, 1990 t.`:e City Council
of the City of sort Worth, which is the legislative body of said Ci-
t,', will hold a public hearing in the Council Chambers at r_he Muni-
cipal Buil3ing for the purpose of considering changes and amendments
to Ordinance No. 3011, as amended, 'the Comprehensive Zoning Ordi-
nance of said City. The purpose cf said hearing is to determine
whether or not s..=_id Ordinance No. 3011, as amended. should be amen-
ded so that the ^onina classification of the followina_ areas shall
he changed as hereinafter described.

OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH (1986), AS AMENDED,
BY' AMENDING SECTION 27 THEP.EOF BY PROVIDING FOR A MAXIMUM
FINE OF TWO THOUSAND ($2000.00) FOR ANY VIOLATION OF THE
