A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR A PUBLIC HEARING TO BE
HELD IN THE CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS AT THE MUNICIPAL
BUILDING IN THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS, ON
MARCH 16, 1989, AT 10:00 A.M., FOR THE PURPOSE OF
CONSIDERING THE PROPOSED CHANGES AND AMENDMENTS TO
ORDINANCE NO. 3011, AS AMENDED, WHICH IS THE
COMPREHENSIVE ZONING ORDINANCE OF SAID CITY, AND
PROVIDING THAT SAID HEARING MAY CONTINUE FROM DAY
TO DAY UNTIL EVERY INTERESTED PARTY AND CITIZEN
HAS HAD A FULL OPPORTUNITY TO BE HEARD.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS:
That at 10:00 O'clock A.M., Thursday, March 16, 1989, the City
Council of the City of Fort Worth, which is the legislative body of
said City, will hold a public hearing in the Council Chambers at
the Municipal Building for the purpose of considering changes and
amendments to Ordinance No. 3011, as amended, the Comprehensive
Zoning Ordinance of said City. The purpose of said hearing is to
determine whether or not said Ordinance No. 3011, as amended, should
be amended so that the zoning classification of the following areas
shall be changed as .hereinafter described.
Z-88-091 BEING a part of Lot 1 and Lot 2 and all of Lot 3 through
5 and all of the alley in Block 48 Fostepco Heights Addi-
tion, as shown by plat recorded in Volume 204-A, Page 126
of the Deed Records of Tarrant County, Texas and being
more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the northwest corner said Lot 1, Block 48,
Fostepco Heights Addition, said point being on the south
line of Thirty-Fourth Street and the east line of North
Hampton Street;
THENCE east along the north line of said Lot 1 and the
south line of Thirty-Fourth Street 31.3 feet to a point;
THENCE south 100.0 feet to a point;

THENCE east, at 38.0 feet to the east line of said Lot 1
and the west line of said Lot 2, in all 121.9 feet to the
east line of said Lot 2, a point in the west line of
Decatur Avenue;
THENCE S 08°19' E, with said east line of Lot 2 and the
west line of Decatur Avenue at 30.3 feet, the southeast
corner of said Lot 2, at 45.5 feet, the northeast corner
of Lot 5, in all 176.9 feet to the southeast corner of
said lots, said point being at the intersection of west
line of Decatur Avenue and the north line of Thirty-Third
Street;

THENCE west along the south line of said Lots 1 through
the same being the north line of Thirty-Third Street, a
total distance of 178.9 feet to the southwest corner of
said Lot 3, a point in the east line of North Hampton;
THENCE north along the west line of Lot 3 and Lot 1 and
the east line of North Hampton Street, at 130.0 feet the
northwest corner of said Lot 3, at 145.0 feet to the
southwest corner of said Lot 1, in all 275.0 feet to the
PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 32,192 square feet of

Z-89-007 ZONING ORDINANCE TEXT AMENDMENT
An Ordinance amending Ordinance No. 301.1, as amended, the
Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City of Fort Worth,
Codified as Appendix "A" of the Code of the City of Fort
Worth, Texas (1986), as amended, by adding Model Homes and
Portable Trailers to be used as Temporary and/or Sales
Offices or Storage Trailers as temporary permitted uses in
the "A" One-Family District; by amending Section 19, Off-
Street Parking and Loading Regulations to provide parking
requirements in connection with Model Homes and Portable
Trailers; by changing the On-Premise Sign restrictions.

considered in accordance with the provisions of Articles lOlla-lOlln
of the Revised Civil Statutes of Texas.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this Resolution, when published in the
official newspaper of the City of Fort Worth, which is a paper of
general circulation, one (1) time, shall constitute a~notice of
hearing, which publication shall be made at least fifteen (15) days
prior to such hearing, and all interested parties are urgently
requested to be in the Council Chambers at the Municipal Building at
the time hereinabove set forth to make any protest or suggestion
that may occur to them, and this hearing may continue from day to
day until every interested party and citizen has had a full oppor-
tunity to be heard.
