related to City Contract Number 48728,"Discharge Permit Application and Processing for
the Mary's Creek Water Reclamation Facility for the City of Fort Worth". During the February

Plummer Associates, Inc. (APAI)would need to support the City in reviewing model

services were not included in the original scope of work for the project.
It is anticipated that the scope of these additional services will include the following tasks:
1. Coordination,as needed, with TRWD and its consultants to provide data or
information required to perform their evaluation of the Mary's Creek discharge.
2. Review of TRWD model assumptions and model results,to be provided by TRWD.
3. Up to two(2) meetings with TRWD's consultants.
4. Up to two(2) meetings with the City and/or TRWD.
5. Other review or coordination requested by the City.
These services will be performed on a time and materials basis under the terms and
conditions of the original contract(No.48728)for a cost not to exceed$25,000.
We appreciate the opportunity to continue serving the City on this project. Please let me
know if you have any questions related to this proposal.
- Sincerely yours,
ALAN PLUMMER ASSOCIATES, INC.
