Call to Order With a quorum of the board members present, Director Shingleton called the meeting of the Crime Control and Prevention District (CCPD) Board of Directors to order at 1:32 p.m., on Tuesday, May 15, 2018, in the City Council Conference Room 290, Fort Worth City Hall, 200 Texas Street, Fort Worth, Texas. H. Approval of Minutes Motion was made by Director Jordan and second by Director Byrd to approve the minutes from the February 13 2018, meeting of the CCPD Board of Directors. Motion passed 6-0 (Moon, Bivens, and Price absent) III. Written Reports a. FY 2018 2nd Quarter Performance Report on Activities and Finances There were no questions or comments. Action Items and Presentations A. Consideration of an FY 2018 Budget Adjustment a. Staff Report—Lorraine Coleman, Performance and Budget Office Lorraine Coleman provided the staff report on the CCPD FY 2018 Expenditure Summary. Staff is proposing the following adjustments between programs for overtime and workers compensation allocations with no net increase to the FY 2018 budget for CCPD Enhanced Enforcement be reduced by $225,842 in Workers Compensation and $307, 592 in overtime. Neighborhood Crime Prevention be reduced by $177,910 in Workers Compensation and increased by $322,017 in overtime. Partners with a Shared Mission —no changes. Recruitment and Training will be reduced by $112,132 in Workers Compensation and Reduced by $14,426 in Overtime. Equipment, Technology and Infrastructure will be reduced by $7,896 in Workers Compensation. These adjustments will bring the FY 2018 budget in to alignment with the FY 2018 adopted budget. b. Action Motion was made by Director Byrd and second by Director Jordan to approve the FY 2018 CCPD budget adjustments. Motion passed 7-0 (Moon and Bivens absent) B. Overview of the 2018 CCPD Board Proposed Calendar V. Citizen Comments There were no Citizen Comments. VI. Board Requests for Future Agenda Items and/or Reports There were no requests. VII.Adiourn With no further presentations or discussions, President Price adjourned the meeting of the Fort Worth Crime Control and Prevention Board of Directors at 1:51 p.m., on Tuesday, May 15, 2018.
