RESOLUTION N0. /d ~d A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR A PUBLIC HEARING TO BE HELD IN THE CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS AT THE MUNICIPAL BUILDING IN THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS, ON APRIL 12, 1988, AT 10:00 A.M., FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONSIDERING THE PROPOSED CHANGES AND AMENDMENTS TO ORDINANCE N0. 3011, AS AMENDED, WHICH IS THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING ORDINANCE OF SAID CITY, AND PROVIDING THAT SAID HEARING MAY CONTINUE FROM DAY TO DAY UNTIL EUERY INTERESTED PARTY AND CITIZEN HAS HAD A FULL OPPORTUNITY TO BE HEARD. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS: That at 10:00 O'clock A.M., Tuesday, April 12, 1988, the City Council of the City of Fort Worth, which is the legislative body of said City, will hold a public hearing in the Council Chambers at the Municipal Building for the purpose of considering changes and amendments to Ordinance No. 3011, as amended, the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of said City. The purpose of said hearing is to determine whether or not said Ordinance No. 3011, as amended, should be amended so that the zoning classification of the following areas shall be changed as hereinafter described: .Z-87-118 ZONING ORDINANCE TEXT AMENDMENT • An Ordinance amending Ordinance No. 3011, as amended, the Comprehen- sive Zoning Ordinance of the City of Fort Worth, Texas, codified as Appendix A of the Code of the City of Fort Worth (1986), as amended, by amending the Use Regulation Provisions of: Section 8, "E-R" Restricted Commercial District, by deleting certain uses and adding certain uses; Section 9, "E" Commercial District, by deleting certain uses and adding certain uses; Section 9A, "F-R" Restricted Commercial District, by adding certain uses; Section 10, "F" Commer- cial District, by adding certain uses; Section 13, "I" Light Indus- trial District, by adding certain uses.
