HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 1329RESOLUTION N0. ~ C A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR A PUBLIC HEARING TO BE HELD IN THE CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS AT THE MUNICIPAL BUILDING IN THE •' CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS, ON JUNE 14, 1988,AT 10:00 A.M., FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONSIDERING THE PROPOSED CHANGES AND AMENDMENTS TO ORDINANCE N0. 3011, AS AMENDED, WHICH IS THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING ORDINANCE OF SA I`D CITY, AND PROVIDING THAT SAID HEARING MAY CONTINUE FROM DAY TO OAY UNTIL EVERY INTERESTED PARTY AND CITIZEN HAS HAD A FULL OPPORTUNITY TO BE HEARD. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS: _: ; i :;s That at 10:00 O'clock A.M., Tuesday, June 14, 1988, the City Council of the City of Fort Worth, which is the legislative body of said City, will hold a public hearing in the Council Chambers at the Municipal Building for the purpose of considering changes and amendments to Ordinance No. 3011, as amended, the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of said City. The purpose of said hearing is to determine whether or not said Ordinance No. 3011, as amended, should be amended so that the zoning classification of the following areas shall be changed as hereinafter described: Z-87-114 Lots 31-38, Block 74, Chamberlin-Arlington Heights Addition, First Filing (5004-5024 Pershing Avenue) Recommended from "C" Multi-Family to "PD-SU" Planned Development/ Specific Use with the following restrictions: 1. For Professional Offices only (for example: law offices, insurance, architect, certified public accountant, financial consultant, engineering offices exclusive of field crews on the premises, or similar professional-type uses); excluding medical, dental or similar type uses; 2. That the residential character be maintained as the neighborhood currently exists; 3. That the building facades, after exterior remodeling, will be compatible with that of currently existing buildings in the neighborhood; 4. That signage shall be no larger than two feet by three feet (2' x 3'), unillimunated and attached to the building face; 5.
