TEXAS, ON DECEMBEP. 13, 1988, AT 10:00 A.M., FOR ''f THE PURPOSE OF CONSIDERING THE PROPOSED CHANGES A[dD AMENDMENTS TO ORDINANCE NO. 3011, AS AMENDED, WHICH IS THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING ORDINANCE OF SAID CITY, AND PROVIDING THAT SAID HEARING MAY CONTINUE FROM DAY TO DAY UNTIL EVERY II•dTERESTED PARTY AND CITIZEII HAS HAD A FULL OPPORTUNITY TO BE HEARD. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS: That at 10:00 O'c1ocY. A.M., Tuesday, December 13, 1988, the City Council of the City of Fort Worth, which is the legislative body of said City, will hold a public hearing in the Council Chambers at the Municipal Building for the purpose of considering changes and amendments to Ordinance No. 3011, as amended, the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of said City. The purpose of said hearing is to determine whether or not said Ordinance No. 3011, as amended, should be amended so that the zoning classification of the following areas shall be changed as hereinafter described. • Z-86-073 ZONING ORDINANCE TEXT AMENDMENT An Ordinance amending Ordinance No. 3011, as amended, the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City of Fort Worth, codified as Appendix "A" of the Code of the City of Fort Worth (19861, as amended, by amending Section 18.D., Supplemental Bufferyard and Building Setback Require- ments, by adding clarifying language to Subsection 18.D.1. to require a bufferYard when there is an alley separating Zoning Districts.
