HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 1376~. . ~v~, ~t RESOLUTION NO. ~ \,1 ~O A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR A PUBLIC HEARING TO BE HELD IN THE CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS AT THE MUNICIPAL BUILDING IN THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS, ON JANUARY 10, 1989, AT 10:00 A.M., FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONSIDERING THE PROPOSED CHANGES AND AMENDMENTS TO ORDINANCE N0. 3011, AS AMENDED, WHICH IS THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING ORDINANCE OF SAID CITY, AND PROVIDING THAT SAID HEARING MAY CONTINUE FROM DAY TO DAY UNTIL EVERY INTERESTED PARTY AND CITIZEN HAS HAD A FULL OPPORTUNITY TO BE HEARD. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS: That at 10:00 O'clock A.M., Tuesday, January 10, 1989, the City Council of the City of Fort Worth, which is the legislative body of said City, will hold a public hearing in the Council Chambers at the Municipal Building for the purpose of considering changes and amendments to Ordinance No. 3011, as amended, the Comprehensive • Zoning Ordinance of said City. The purpose of said hearing is to determine whether or not said Ordinance No. 3011, as amended, should be amended so that the zoning classification of the following areas shall be changed as hereinafter described. • Z-88-089 TRACT 1 ' BEING described as a tract of land out of the John Little Survey, Abstract No. 958, Tarrant County, Texas, and being more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows: BEGINNING at a point in the east right-of-way line of said tract, said point being S 89°58' W, 25.5 feet from the southwest corner of Lot 3, Block 2, Cliff Addition, as shown by plat filed in Volume 490, Page 547, D.R.T.C.T.; THENCE S 89°58' W, 29.8 feet to a point on the proposed new east line of Oakhurst Scenic Drive; THENCE with the following courses and distances, approxi- mately 10 feet east of a rock ledge; N 14°53' W, 108.5 feet; N 21°11' W, 79.0 feet; N 30°00' W, 91.2 feet; and • N 05°34' E, 33.8 feet to a point on said original east right-of-way line; -1- %1 - i:- •~ Z-88-089 THENCE with said line S 36°32' E, 27.2 feet to the begin- - (Cont.) BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this Resolution, when published in the official newspaper of the City of Fort Worth, which is a paper of general circulation, one (1) time, shall constitute a notice of hearing, which publication shall be made at least fifteen (15) days prior to such hearing, and all interested parties are urgently requested to be in the Council Chambers at the Municipal Building at the time hereinabove set forth to make any protest or suggestion that may occur to them, and this hearing may continue from day to day until every interested party and citizen has had a full opportunity to be heard.
