Susan Alanis Asst City Manager ('Customer)has requested that Oncor Electric Delivery
Company LLC,a Delaware limited liability company('Company'),provide additional electric facilities sufficient to provide sleclric service for
9.9 kW or 1 lots I units at 3499 East Long Ave.(See for reference purposes Exhibit A)
Pursuant to company's Tariff for Retail Delivery Service,the extension length or cost of the additional electric facilities is within the amount
allowed by the Tariff and can be installed at no cost to the customer.
Company at all times shall have title to and complete ownership and control over said facilities.
In order to provide electric faciliUes at no cost to the Customer,the Customer has elected to provide,without cost to the Company,all civil
construction necessary to Install Oncor Electric Delivery facilities on the Customer's premises,including labor and material. Customer
agrees to provide all civil construction In accordance with the Company's standards.
Customer Is responsible for providing,without cost to the Company:(1)suitable space on customer's premises for the installation of the
facilities;and(2)rough site grading to final grade along the route of the facilities and clearing the area of all obstructions.
Customer has disclosed to Company all underground facilities owned by Customer or any other party that Is not a public utility or
governmental entity,that ar a located within real pr operty owned by Customer. In the event that Customer has failed to do so,or In the
event of the existence of such facilities of which Customer has no knowledge,Company,its agents and contractors,shall have no liability,
of any nature whatsoever,to Customer,or Customer's agents or assignees,for any actual or consequential damages resulting from
damage to such undisclosed or unknown facilities.
This agreement supersedes all previous agreements or representation,either written or oral,between Company and Customer made with
respect to the matters herein contained,and when duly executed constitutes the agreement between the parties hereto and is not binding
upon Company unless and until signed by one of its duly authorized representatives.

This agreement,if not accepted within 30 days of the date of this letter,will be of no force and effect.Acceptance shall consist of delivery
of an executed copy of this agreement to Company.

Please be aware that the start date of this project will be no earlier than three weeks following the execution of this agreement along with any
payment that may be required pursuant to Company's Tariff for Retail Delivery Service,A more definitive installation schedule will be
provided upon your delivery of this agreement to assist in your planning for this project

Description of a 730 square foot (0.0168 of an acre) tract of land located in the Mary Johnson
Survey, Abstract No. 858, City of Fort Worth, Tarrant County, Texas, said 730 square foot tract
of land being a portion of the remainder of a called 346.548 acre tract of land described in the deed
to Mercantile Partners, L.P. in Instrument Number D205377148 of the Official Public Records of
Tarrant County (O.P.R.T.C.), Texas, said 730 square foot tract of land being more particularly
described by metes and bounds as follows:
COMMENCING at a 5/8"iron rod found for the most southerly southeast corner of"Lot 2,Block
9 Mercantile Addition" an addition to the City of Fort Worth, Texas as recorded in Instrument
Number D217042217 O.P.R.T.C., said 5/8" iron rod found being the southeasterly corner of the
dedication of Texrail Drive as shown on said Plat of"Lot 2, Block 9 Mercantile Addition", said
5/8" iron rod also being located at a northeasterly corner of Long Avenue (a variable width right-
of-way) described as a called 562,223 square foot tract of land in the deed recorded in Volume
6636, Page 469 of the Deed Records of Tarrant County,Texas;
THENCE along the northerly right-of-way line of said Long Avenue the following courses and
distances:
South 000 33' 03" East, a distance of 12.75 feet to a point for the beginning of a tangent
curve to the left whose chord bears South 450 32' 48" East, a distance of 127.27 feet;
Southeasterly, with said curve to the left, having a radius of 90.00 feet, a central angle of
890 59' 31", for an arc distance of 141.36 feet to the point of tangency of said curve;
North 890 27' 26" East, a distance of 79.53 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve to the

51'00", for an arc distance of 201.59 feet to point of tangency of said curve;
THENCE North 850 24' 38" East, a distance of 306.63 feet to a 5/8 inch iron rod with
yellow cap stamped "CRIADO" set for the POINT OF BEGINNING of the herein
described property;
(1) THENCE North 10°37'00"East, over and across said called 346.548 acre tract of land, a
distance of 74.39 feet to a 5/8 inch iron rod with yellow cap stamped "CRIADO" set for
corner;

a distance of 71.67 feet to a point for corner in the northerly right-of-way line of said Long
Avenue;
(4) THENCE South 85° 24' 38" West, along the southerly right-of-way line of said Long
Avenue, a distance of 10.36 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING, and containing 730
square feet or 0.0168 acres of land, more or less.
