the Department of Homeland Security - Federal Emergency
Management Agency Under the Fiscal Year 2017 Assistance to
Firefighters Grant Program - Fire Prevention and Safety Grant, in
the Amount of Up to $70,477.00, Authorize Transfer in the
Amount of $3,523.00, as Required, for the City's Cost Match from
the General Fund and Grants Operating Other Fund to the Grants
Operating Federal Fund, Authorize Transfer of Certain Funds and
Eligible Grant Costs and Adopt Appropriation Ordinance (ALL

2. M&C G-19408 - Adopt Ordinance to Establish the Sewer Per Acre Charge in the
Amount of$705.13 Per Acre for a Twenty Four-Inch and a Thirty-
Inch Sanitary Sewer Main Beginning at 4101 Lost Creek Blvd to
Serve 4,080.82 acres (Walsh Ranch Sanitary Sewer Extension,
Phase IVA) and to Establish the Basin Boundaries, Pursuant to

The specified location of the Work Session, Executive Session and City Council
Meeting is the location at which the presiding officer will be physically present and
presiding over the meeting and at which a quorum of the City Council will be
present. Council Member Bivens may individually participate remotely by
videoconference in accordance with state law and the City Council Rules of
Procedure.
According to the City Council Rules of Procedures, individual citizen presentations shall be limited to
three minutes, and group presentations shall be limited to six minutes. At the Mayor's discretion, time
limits may be reasonably extended.
Fort Worth Council Chamber is wheelchair accessible. Persons with disabilities who plan to attend
this meeting and who may need accommodations, auxiliary aids, or services such as interpreters,
readers, or large print are requested to contact the City's ADA Coordinator at(817) 392-8552 or e-
mail ADAk ortWorthTexas.gov at least 48 hours prior to the meeting so that appropriate
