RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR A PUBLIC HEARING TO
BE HELD IN THE CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS AT THE
MUNICIPAL BUILDING IN THE CITY OF" FORT WORTH,
TEXAS, ON JANUARY 13, 1987, AT 10:00 A.M., FOR
THE PURPOSE OF CONSIDERING THE PROPOSED
CHANGES AND AMENDMENTS TO ORDINANCE NO. 3011,
AS AMENDED, WHICH IS THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING
ORDINANCE OF SAID CITY, AND PROVIDING THAT
SAID HEARING MAY CONTINUE FROM DAY TO DAY
UNTIL EVERY INTERESTED PARTY AND CITIZEN HAS
HAD A FULL OPPORTUNITY TO BE HEARD.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH,
TEXAS:
That at 10:00 O'clock A.M., Tuesday, January 13, 1987, the City
Council of the City of Fort Worth, which is the legislative body
of said City, will hold a public hearing in the Council Chambers
at the municipal Building for the purpose of considering changes
and amendments to Ordinance No. 3011, as amended, the Comprehen-
sive Zoning Ordinance of said City. The purpose of said hearing is
to determine whether or not said Ordinance No. 3011, as amended,
should be amended so that the zoning classification of the follow-
ing areas shall be changed as hereinafter described:
Z-86-173 BEING a 331.6672 acre tract of land situated in the
Nancy Ann Roberts Survey, Abstract No. 1275 and the Eli
W. Shriver Survey, Abstract No. 1455, all of Tarrant
County, Texas, said 331.6672 acre tract of land being a
portion of two tracts of land deeded to Securi-t,y
Savings Association, as recorded in Volume 8025, Page
2055, and Volume 8111, Page 340, all of County Records,

An ordinance amending the Comprehensive Zoning Ordi-
nance, (Appendix "A" of the Code of the City of Fort
Worth) by providing for the use, location and other
regulation of temporary and portable signs within the
City of Fort Worth; Providing that no temporary sign
shall exceed sixty (60) square feet in size; Providing
that no temporary sign shall be located within one
hundred (100) feet of another temporary sign; Providing
that temporary signs shall be permitted for a maximum
period of sixty (60) days, and no additional temporary
sign shall be permitted on the same lot fora period of
thirty (30) days after removal of the previous sign;
Providing for other regulations for temporary signs.

That the proposed amendments and changes at this hearing will be
considered in accordance with the provisions of Articles 1011a-
1011k of the Revised Civil Statutes of Texas.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this Resolution, when published in the
official newspaper of the City of Fort Worth, which is a paper of
general circulation, one (1) time, shall constitute a notice of
hearing, which publication shall be made at least fifteen (15)
days prior to such hearing, and all interested parties are
urgently requested to be in the Council Chambers at the Municipal
Building at the time hereinabove set forth to make any protest or
suggestion that may occur to them, and this hearing may continue
from day to day until every interested party and citizen has had a
full opportunity to be heard.
