A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR A PUBLIC HEARING
TO BE HELD IN THE CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS AT
THE MUNICIPAL BUILDING IN THE CITY OF FORT
WORTH, TEXAS, ON JUNE 11, 1985, AT 10:00
A.M., FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONSIDERING THE
PROPOSED CHANGES AND AMENDMENTS TO ORDINANCE
NO. 3011, AS AMENDED, WHICH IS THE COMPRE-
HENSIVE ZONING ORDINANCE OF SAID CITY, AND
PROVIDING THAT SAID HEARING MAY CONTINUE
FROM DAY TO DAY UNTIL EVERY INTERESTED PARTY
AND CITIZEN HAS HAD A FULL OPPORTUNITY TO BE
HEARD.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH,
TEXAS:
That at 10:00 O'clock A.M., Tuesday, June 11, 1985, the City
Council of the City of Fort Worth, which is the legislative body
of said City, will hold a public hearing in the Council Chambers
at the Municipal Building for the purpose of considering changes
and amendments to Ordinance No. 3011, as amended, the Comprehen-
sive Zoning Ordinance of said City. The purpose of said hearing
is to determine whether or not said Ordinance No. 3011, as
amended, should be amended so that the zoning classification of
the following areas shall be changed as hereinafter described:
Z-85-067 Part of the Abner Lee Survey, Abstract No. 931 and the
Hiram Little Survey, Abstract no. 930, situated about
13 miles south 8 degrees east from the courthouse in
Fort Worth in Tarrant County, Texas.
Commence at the common west corner of said Lee and
Little Surveys and then run, south 89 degrees-46
minutes east along the common line of said Surveys
986-1/1.0 feet, south 100 feet to the northwest corner
of the 24-611/1000 acres tract described in a deed to
the City of Fort Worth; and then, south 89 degrees-46
minutes east along the north line of said City tract,
459-25/100 feet to a northwest and beginning corner of
the tract being described and being in the southerly
line of the existing "K" zoning;
