Exhibit"B"
Scope of Work
Contractor will be using 1" rigid pipe to run between the two buildings. The pipe will be strapped
to the siding using Bridgeport two hole straps. Sheet metal screws will be used to secure them to
the metal. Contractor will place silicon between the strap and the metal to help prevent any
moisture from getting through. Along the concreter portion of the run %" nail anchors will be used
to secure the pipe. The pipe will be connected together with a 1" rigid coupler where any two
pieces mate together. Every 100 feet or two 90 degree bends there will be placed a C100 (inline
LB) for pulling. A right angle LB connector will be used to turn into the building at each end of the
run. At each end of the run just inside the building a compression end connector will be placed to
terminate the run. Contrator will be drilling a 1-1/8" or 1-1/4" hole to penetrate the building on the
east end of the run. It will be as small as possible to get the tightest fit. Once the pipe has been
installed, the hole will be sealed from both sides with silicon to prevent any moisture form entering
the building. At the west end of the run the pipe will be entering into a mechanical room.
Contractor will enter the same way as everything else. The rest of the conduits entering simply
enter through the vents. Blades have been knocked out of the way to make room as needed. The
only way to seal this would be to use an expanding foam once the pipe has been installed.
