Dear Mr. Bergeron:
This letter is in response to the following design changes and scope additions requested by
the City of Fort Worth for the above mentioned project.
Descriptions of the requested design changes are as follows:
• Perform the additional topographic surveying services necessary to analyze and make
recommendations regarding the storm drain system that serves Malinda Lane N. Due to a
lack of record drawings for the storm drain system located within a 15' drainage easement in
Lot B of the Valentin Gracia Subdivision and across the Hole #10 fairway at Meadowbrook
Golf Course, the surveyors will attempt to establish the horizontal alignment of the existing
storm drain beginning from the outfall structure on the east side of the cart path located on
hole #10.
• Provide a recommendation regarding storm system improvements to serve Malinda Ln. N.
Provide the design for storm drain improvements as identified in Exhibit A (Attached).
These improvements were previously identified as part of the drainage analysis report
submitted to the City on Wednesday, February 15, 2006.
• Prepare 3 easement documents (Exhibits and Legal descriptions in the City of Fort Worth
standard format)for acquisition by the City of Fort Worth as required for construction.
• Adjust the proposed water, sanitary sewer and paving design(s) for the proposed storm
drain improvements including modifications to the existing sheets as required.
• Incorporate proposed storm drain improvements in the Storm Water Pollution Prevention
Plan (SWPPP)as required.
