NOW THEREFORE, City and Engineer, acting herein by and through their duly authorized representatives, enter into the following agreement that amends the Contract: 1. In order to rectify a typographical/formatting error, Attachment "B" of the Agreement is replaced with Attachment "B" attached hereto and incorporated herein. 2. All other provisions of the Agreement which are not expressly amended herein shall remain in full force and effect.
