("Laboratory") made and entered into City Secretary Contract No. �'� �� 7(the "Agreement") authorized by City Council via M&C G21196 on December 13, 2005; and WHEREAS, the Agreement involves geotechnical and material testing services; and WHEREAS, it has become necessary to execute Amendment No. 1 to said Agreement to corr�ct a typographical/formatting error shown on Attachment "B" to the Agreement. NOW THEREFORE, City and Engineer, acting herein by and through their duly authorized representatives, enter into the following agreement that amends the Contract: 1. In order to rectify a typographical/formatting error, Attachment "B" of th� Agreement is replaced with Attachment "B" attached hereto and incorporated herein. 2. All other provisions of the Agreement which are not expressly amended herein shall remain in full force and effect.
