G1�V OY S0E PGYN W his AMENDMENT TO UNIFIED SIGN AGREEMENT is entered into by 9 OL 6 between the CITY OF FORT WORTH, a municipal corporation of the State of Texas located within Tarrant, Denton, Parker, Johnson and Wise Counties, Texas (hereinafter referred to as the "City") acting herein by and through its duly authorized City Manager or duly designated representative, and VICTORY @ BASSWOOD, LLC, a Texas limited liability company(hereinafter referred to as "Company") acting herein by and through its duly authorized representative. RECITALS WHEREAS, the City of Fort Worth ("City") and Victory @ Basswood, LLC ("Company") made and entered into City Secretary Contract No. 50050 Unified Sign Agreement("Agreement") on November 8, 2017; and WHEREAS, Exhibits "B" in the Agreement depicts the sign type, height and width dimensions of the allowable signage within the Property; and WHEREAS, the Company is seeking to revise the dimensions of the sign types as depicted in Exhibits `B"of the Agreement; and WHEREAS, it advisable to execute this Amendment to the Agreement to revise Exhibits `B" in the Agreement in order to depict the revised dimensions of the sign types allowed within the Property. NOW THEREFORE, City and Company, acting herein by and through their duly authorized representatives, do mutually covenant and agree that City Secretary Contract No. 50050 Unified Sign Agreement, is hereby amended as follows: Gv\N Q Amendment No. I to CSC.50050 Unified Sign Agreement Page 1 of 3 �FFSSSc�CPS C) Exhibit B, depicting the types of allowable signage on the Property and their respective dimensions, is hereby revised and amended with Exhibits B-1 and B-2 attached hereto and incorporated herein to the Agreement. 2.
