AN ORDINANCE VACATING, ABANDONING AND CLOSING
THAT PORTION OF WARNER ROAD IN THE 2400 BLOCK
A WIDTH OF 60' AND A LENGTH OF APPROXIMATELY
130' FROM THE SOUTH LINE OF LOT 15, BLOCK 18,
BERKELEY ADDITION SOUTHWARD TO TI3E NORTH LINE
OF PARK HILL DRIVE; A PORTION OF STANLEY AVENUE
IN THE 2400 BLOCK A WIDTH OF 60' AND A LENGTH
OF APPROXIMATELY 350' FROM THE SOUTH LINE OF
LOT 12, BLOCK 12, BERKELEY ADDITION SOUTHWARD
TO THE NORTH LINE OF PARK HILL DRIVE AND THE
EAST 820' OF PARK HILL DRIVE (2000 BlOck) TO
THE FRISCO RAILROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY A WIDTH VAR-
IABLE TO 30.5' ADJACENT TO THE ABOVE PROPERTIES;
AND VACATING, ABANDONING AND CLOSING A 10' UTIL-
ITY EASEMENT APPROXIMATELY 218' IN LENGTH FROM
THE NORTH LINES OF LOTS 12 AND 15, BLOCK 13,
BERKELEY ADDITION SOUTH TO THE NORTH LINE OF
PARK HILL DRIVE; PROVIDING FOR THE REVERSION
OF THE FEE IN SAID LAND; REPEALING ALL ORDIN-
ANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH AND PROVIDING THAT
THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BECOME EFFECTIVE IMMED-
IATELY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH,

SECTION l.
That a portion of Warner Road in the 2400 Block a width
of 60' and a length of approximately 130' from the south line
of Lot 15, Block 18, Berkeley Addition southward to the north
line of Park Hill Drive; a portion of Stanley Avenue in the
2400 Block a width of 60' and a length of approximately 350'
from the south line of Lot 12, Block 12, Berkeley Addition
southward to the north line of Park Hill Drive and the east
820' of Park Hill Drive (2000 Block) to the Frisco Railroad
right-of-way a width variable to 30.5' adjacent to the above
properties be and the same are hereby closed, abandoned and
permanently vacated as streets or public thoroughfares of any
kind or character whatever.

That the 10' utility easement approximately 218' in
length from the north lines of Lots 12 and 15, Block 13,
Berkeley Addition south to the north line of Park Hill Drive
be and the same is hereby extinguished, vacated, closed and
permanently abandoned as an easement for public utilities.
SECTION 3.
That the fee to the land in the above described portion
of Warner Road, Stanley Avenue, Park Hill Drive and in the
utility easement is hereby released and will revert to the ad-
jacent owners as provided by law, SAVE AND EXCEPT that ease-
ments are reserved for any and all existing utilities.
SECTION 4.
That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 5.
That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force and effect from and after the date of its passage and
it is so ordained.
