Beginning in Fiscal Year 2004, the Water Department entered into an ongoing Maintenance Agreement with the Parks and Community Services Department to provide funds for a position to maintain the Water Conservation Demonstration Garden. The Fort Worth Botanic Garden is located in COUNCIL DISTRICT 7 and serves the entire City.
