The City of Fort Worth, Texas understands that Cortland Acquisitions, LLC, a Georgia limited liability company (together with their successors and assigns, collectively, "Purchaser") intends to acquire certain membership interests in the owner of the Property, DD Presidio 17.26, LLC, a Georgia limited liability company("Owner"). Now, therefore, knowing that Purchaser will rely upon the accuracy of the information contained herein and to induce Purchaser's lender(together with their successors and assigns, collectively,"Lender") to make a loan to Purchaser and to induce Chicago Title Insurance Company (the "fig Company"; and together with Purchaser and Lender, collectively, the "Relying Parties") to issue an Owner's Title Insurance Policy to Purchaser,the City represents, warrants and certifies as follows: A.
