6. M&C C-29124 - Authorize Execution of a Gas Supply Agreement with Renovar

Authorize Execution of a Construction Manager at Risk
Agreement with The Fain Group, Inc., for the Alliance Park Phase
I & II Project with a Preconstruction Phase Services Fee in the

Year 2019 Crime Control and Prevention District Budget to
Increase the Budgets in the Recruiting and Equipment Initiatives
by a Total of $2,157,325.00, for a Police Recruit Class, and
Decrease the Budgeted Contribution to Fund Balance by the
Same Amount, with No Net Increase to the Overall Budget, and
Adopt Ordinance Amending the City's Fiscal Year 2019 Budget
