WHEREAS, The City of Fort Worth and RPGA Design Group, Inc. (Architect) made and entered into City
Secretary Contract No. 35557 (The Contract) which was authorized by the City Council by M&C C-22224,
the 10th day of July, 2007; and
WHEREAS, further amendment is necessary to reimburse the Architect as part of the design services
agreement for additional survey services for an additional 6 lots added to the scope of the project; and
NOW THEREFORE, City and Architect, acting herein by and through their duly authorized
representatives, enter into the following agreement which amends the Contract:
1.
Article 1.1, SECTION I -SERVICES OF THE ARCHITECT, the following paragraphs are added to read
as follows:
"Provide additional boundary survey services to include survey of 6 additional lots. The cost of
this additional service is $2,530.00, The scope of services is described more fully in the RPGA
letter dated January 25, 2008, subject: Fire Stations #5- -Boundary Survey for additional parcel
(6 lots) Fort Worth, Texas which is attached hereto as Attachment "A" and made a part of this
Agreement."
2.
Paragraph 1 of SECTION V -COMPENSATION TO ARCHITECT, is amended as follows:
"The total compensation for all of the assignments to be performed by Architect as described in
CHARACTER AND EXTENT of ARCHITECT'S SERVICES hereof shall be a fixed fee of
$128,860.00 plus up to $6,500.00 in reimbursable expenses. "
3.
All other provisions of this Contract which are not expressly amended herein shall remain in full force and
effect.

RE: Fire Station #5 —Boundary Survey for additional parcel (61ots)

Mr. Murayama:
In order that we might reach a clear understanding, please accept this as our proposal regarding
Additional Services for an additional boundary survey on six (6) additional lots proposed for Fire
Station #5. We submit the following:
1) The following services will be provided:
A. General
MT
Thomas Engineering, LLC, through RPGA Design Group, Inc., will provide a
boundary surveys for closing purposes for Lite an additional parcel of land (61ots on the
west side of Block 7) for the proposed Fire Station #5, Block 7, Zurn Addition to the
City of Fort Worth. A sub -consultant will perform boundary deed research and field
survey work to define the actual limits of the property. This boundary survey will
provide published documents for the six lots as one property.
2) RPGA estimates between 1(1 and 14 days (weather permitting), after receipt of a "Notice to
Proceed" to complete these services.
3) Our proposed Additional Services fee for these boundary survey services is $2,530.00 plus
any reimbursable expenses incurred for filing fees or research documentation fees.
Service fees and reimbursable expenses for all services will be billed on a monthly basis as
they accrue.
4) Further Additional Services: Further Additional Services may be performed as requested by
the City of Fort Worth and may include modifications beyond the scope of work indicated.

including, but not limited to, all site information, including complete legal site data and
restrictions, as well as, all essential information that may be supplied by subcontractors or
consultants retained by the Owner.
If the above items reflect your understanding of our agreement and are otherwise satisfactory, please
sign two copies of this proposal and return them to RPGA Design Group,
