Home My WebLink AboutContract 52196-A1 CITY SECRETARY [9 CONTRACT No. 5 a FIRST AMENDMENT TO FORT WORTH CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NO. 52196 This First Amendment to Fort Worth City Secretary Contract No. 52196 ("First Amendment") is made between the City of Fort Worth ("FORT WORTH"), a municipal corporation,acting herein by and through Susan Alanis, its duly authorized Assistant City Manager and Granicus, LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company ("CONSULTANT") acting herein through Dawn Kubat, its duly authorized Vice President of Legal. WHEREAS, FORT WORTH and CONSULTANT entered into an Agreement identified as Fort Worth City Secretary Contract No. 52196 beginning April 15, 2019 (the "Agreement"); and WHEREAS, FORT WORTH wishes to subscribe to additional services of CONSULTANT; and WHEREAS, it is the collective desire of both FORT WORTH and CONSULTANT to amend the Agreement to include additional hardware and software to upgrade the current video streaming system. NOW THEREFORE, KNOWN ALL BY THESE PRESENT, FORT WORTH and CONSULTANT,acting herein by the through their duly authorized representatives,enter into this First Amendment,which amends the Agreement as follows: 1. The Agreement is hereby amended by adding Exhibit A, attached to this First Amendment, as Exhibit A of the Agreement. One-time hardware and software implementation costs are an amount not-to-exceed $6,515.00. The not-to-exceed amount for maintenance is $3,000.00 annually. 2. The Agreement is hereby amended by adding Exhibit B, attached to this First Amendment, as Exhibit B of the Agreement. The renewal for video streaming services begins July 1, 2019 in the amount of$35,357.24, as set forth in Exhibit B. Including the first year maintenance in Exhibit A,the total amount of the streaming video subscription contract will not exceed $38,357.24 through June 20, 2020, with three remaining options to renew. 3. All other terms, provisions, conditions, covenants and recitals of the Agreement not expressly amended herein shall remain in full force and effect.
