BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS: SECTION 1. That the five foot wide aerial utility easement in Site B, Block 2, Great Southwest Industrial Park, Mark IV recorded in Volume 388-42, page 8, Plat Records, Tarrant County, Texas, be and the same is vacated, abandoned, permanently closed and extinguished as an aerial utility easement. SECTION 2. That the fee to the land in the above described vacated aerial utility easement is hereby released and shall revert to the adjacent owner as provided by law. SECTION 3. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. SECTION 4. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force and effect from and after the date of its passage, and it is so ordained. The subject aerial utility easement, acquired by-dedication, has been dedicated and platted, but does not contain any utility facilities. The subject vacation request is made in order to expand the building area of the subject property. Reviewing City departments and private utility companies have raised no objections to this request. Recommendation It is recommended that an ordinance be adopted vacating the subject aerial utility easement in Site B (also known as Site 10), Block 2, Great Southwest Industrial Park, Mark IV.
