THELIN, DIRECTOR Mr, W. 0, Jones Re: Suggested Annexation of Lands City Manager between Fort Worth and Benbrook. Building Dear Sir: We wish to submit for your consideration the proposed extension of the corporate limits of the City of Fort Worth to include the lands along both sides of the Clear Fork of the Trinity River between the City of Fort Worth and the City of Benbrook. We are attaching a plat that shows the present city boundaries of each city and the tract of land under consideration. Due to the possibility of a separate incorporation or the possible extension of the Benbrook city limits to include a part or all of this tract of land, and dins to contemplated development in the area, we would like to recommend that the City of Fort Worth extend its boundaries to include all of the tract of land bounded in red lines on the attached plat and described by the follow- ing metes and bounds description: Beginning at a point in the present City of Fort Worth city limit line, said point being at a corner in the south line of the J. Howard Survey and the north line of the T & P Railroad Company's Survey; Thence, west along the south line of the J. Howard Survey, the Geo. Shield Survey and across a part of the J. F. Heath Survey to a point in the east line of the J.
