Z -1Z AN ORDINANCE DISCONTL'IIUING TER ITORY K10M WIThIN THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF TEE CITY OF FORA' WORTH; PRESCRIBING A SAVINGS CLAUSE; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. BE IT ORI AINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH: Section 1. That the following described territory within the corporate limits of the City of Fort Worth is hereby discontinued as a part of the City of Fort Worth and said tract of land is described by metes and bounds as follows: BEING a tract of land about 12 miles northwest from the Courthouse of Tarrant County, Texas, and lying in and including all or part of the J. Wilcox No. 35, J. Wilcox o. 36, J. Wilcox No. 39, J. Wilcox No. 42 and J. Wilcox No. 43 Surveys and being more fully described as follows: BEGINNING at a point in the northeasterly right-of-way line of State Highway No. 199, 50 feet north from the north line of the M. Hunt Survey; TfMCE northwesterly along the northeasterly right-of-way line of State Eighway No. 199, to a point 50 feet south from the south right-of- way line of Scotland Avenue; THENCE east along a line parallel to and 50 feet south from the south right-of-way line of Scotland A,enue, the present City Limit Line of Azle, to a point 350 feet northeasterly from the center line of State Highway No. 199; TLENCE southeasterly along a line parallel to and 350 feet north- easterly from the center line of State Highway No. 199, to a point 50 feet north from the north line of the M. Hunt Survey; THENCE west along a line parallel to and 50 feet north from the north line of the M. Hunt Survey, to the place of beginning and containing approximately .116 square miles. Section 2. That this ordinance shall and does hereby amend every prior ordinance in conflict herewith, and more particularly this ordinance expressly amends Ordinance No. 47341 heretofore adopted and passed on July 15, 1963, but as to all other ordinances or sections of ordinances not in direct conflict herewith this ordinance shall be and is hereby made cumulative. Section 3.
