ANNULLING ALL STEPS AND PROCEEDINGS OF THE
BOARD OF COMMIS SIGNERS OF THE CITY OF FORT
WORTH RELATING TO IMPROVEMENT OF A PORTION
OF AVENUE "Ku.
IMER.EAS, subsequent to the llth day of December,
19241 the Board of Commissioners of the City of Fort Worth,
ordered the following portion of street, in said City, to be im-
proved, namely:
AVENUE "K" from the east line of Vaughn
Street to the west line of Mackey Street;
and,
WHEREAS, the question has arisen concerning the
sufficiency and validity of ouch proceedings and it is deemed
necessary and advisable that all such proceedings be repealed, can-
celled and held for naught:
THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH:
I.
That all resolutions, ordinances, contracts and
other proceedings of every kind and character, including among
others any ordinances of assessment heretofore taken and had,
passed or roved bey the Board o Commissioners of the City of

Fort iPoit�h and the same ire al oraby'repeal*d, cancelled,
annulled and held for naught.
II.
This ordinance in its repealing, annulling and can-
celling provisions shall not apply to or affect any petition con-
cerning the improvement of said portion of Avenue "K", but such
petition, if any, shall remain in full force and offset, and is in
no wise impaired hereby.
III.
This ordinance shall take effect and be in farce
from and after its passage.
