AN ORDINANCE ORDERING THE CONDETETATION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY BE)
LONGING TO JOHN. W. SANDIGE, et ux, IN TARRANT COUNTY, TEXAS FOR THE
URPOSE OF ESTABLISHING AND ENLARGING A WATERWORKS SYSTEM FOR THE CITY
OF FORT WORTH.
Be it ordained by the Board of Cormissi oners of the City of Fort

Section X: That whereas it is necessary and proper to enlarge
and establish the waterworks syeteis for said city by constructing a
dam and reservoir on and near the w est fork of Trinity river and for
such prupose it is necessary and propery for said city to take and use
the following property belonging to John WL Sandidge and wife, Bessie
Sandidge, to wit:
Ten acres out of the N.E. corner of the A. B. Conner 320 acre
survey, the 38 acre survey patented to Mr: 0. Brewster, assignee of
of Armendaris, the J. M. Jamieson 61 acre survey, the J. F. Yarbrough

65 acre survey and 358 acres of the J. Wilcox survey No. 1.,^all lo-
cated in Tarrant County, Texas, and said- city and the ormere -of sail
property have been unable to agree upon the value of same:
Now therefore the Corporation Counsel of said city is instructed
to at once file suit for the condemnation of said property and to take
all legal steps becessary to acquire same for the purposes aforesaid.
SUMMMMI Section 2: This ordinance shall be in force from and
after it's passge.
