Honorable Mayor and Re: Proposed closing Right-of-
Members of the City Council Way and Easements, Fair
City of Fort Worth Hills Addition
Mrs. McKnight and Gentlemen:
The subdivision of Fair Kills Addition was approved 1y the Plan Commis-
sion and filed for record December 10, 1958- However, none of the
property or streets has been developed. A revised subdivision called
Fountain Mist Park Addition was submitted to the Plan Commission on
May 9, 1962. This revision was approved with the condition that all
rights-of-way and easements within the subdivision of Fair Hills
Addition be vacated by the City Council prior to filing of the new
subdivision. The right-of-way for Ohio Garden Road is not included
in the closing and easements are to be reserved for existing sanitary
sewer and drainage facilities.
It is reconmuded that an ordinance be adapted closing the public
rights-of-way and easements within Fair Hills Addition.
