ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3011, BEING AN
ORDINANCE TO REGULATE AND RESTRICT THE LOCATION AND
USE OF BUILDINGS, STRUCTURES, ACID LAND FOR TRADE,
LMUSTRY, Rr;SIMk", OR OTHER FURPOSES, THE HEIGHT,
NU16MM OF STORIES AMID SIZE OF BUILDINGS AND OTHER
STRUCTURES, THE SIZE OF YARDS AND OTHER OPEN SPACES,
OFF-STREET PARKING AND LOADING AND THE DENSITY OF
POPULATION: AND FOR SAID PUR.POMS TO DIVIDE THE
MUNICIPALITY INTO DISTRICTS OF SUCH NUMBER, SHAPE,
AND AREA AS MAY BE DEEMED BEST BY FIXING DEFINITE
USES OF THE BUILDINGS HEREINAFTER ERECTED IN SAID
DESCRIBED AREAS FRCUI THE USES AS SHUWN ON THE MAPS
CONTAIDED IN SAID ORDINANCE NO. 3011: PRESCRIBING A
SAVINGS CLAUSE; PROVIDING A FINE OF NOT LESS THAN
$5.00 NOR MORE THAN $200.00 FOR EACH OFFENSE, AND
THAT EACH DAY THAT A VIOLATION IS PER4ITTED TO EXIST
SHALL CONSTITUTE A SEPARATE OFFENSE; AND NAMING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS:
SECTION 1.
That Ordinance No. 3011 be amended so that the following described uses in
the hereinafter described areas be altered, changed and amended as follows to wit:

SECTION 2.
The zoning regulations and districts, as herein established, have been made
in accordance with a ccmprehensive plan for the purpose of promoting health, safety,
morals, and the general welfare of the community. They have been designed to lessen
congestion in the streets; to secure safety frow tire, panic and other dangers; to
provide adequate light and airy to prevent the overcrowding of land; to avoid undue
concentration of populations to facilitiate the adequate provision of transportation,
water, sewerage, parks and other public requirements. They have been made with
reasonable consideration, among other things, of the character of the districts and
its peculiar suitability for the particular uses and with a view of conserving the
value of buildings and encouraging the most appropriate use of land throughout the
community.
SECTION 3.
This ordinance shall be cumulative of all other ordinances of the City of
Fort Worth affecting zoning and shall not repeal any of the provisions of said.
ordinance except in those instances where provisions of those ordinances are in
direct conflict with the provisions of this ordinance
SECTION 4.
Should any section, clause or provision of this ordinance be declared by
the Court to be invalid, the same shall not affect the validity of the ordinance
as a whole or any part thereof, other than the part so declared to be invalid.
SECTION 5.
Any person, firm or corporation who violates, disobeys, omits, neglects
or refuses to comply with or who resists the enforcement of any of the provisions
of this ordinance shall be fined not less than Five and NoAOO Dollars ($5.00) nor
more than Two Hundred and NoAOO Dollars ($200.00) for each offense. Each day
that a violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense.
SECTION 6.
This Ordinance will take effect and be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and publication as required by law.
