AN ORDINANCE FIXING DIFFERENT USES OF BUILDINGS
HEREAFTER ERECTED IN THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED AREAS
FROM THE USES AS SHOWN ON THE MAPS ATTACHED TO
ORDINANCE NO. 2082, SAME. BEING THE ZONING ORDINANCE.
WHEREAS, certain errors, irregularities and hardships have developed as
a result of restriction of uses in certain areas under Ordinance No. 2082, the exist-
ing Zoning Ordinance; and,
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City Council that these errors, irregulari-
ties and hardships be corrected;
IT IS THEREFORE ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1.
That Ordinance No. 2082 be amended so that the following described uses in
the hereinafter described areas be changed, altered aAd amended as shown after the
4reas hereinafter described, to wit:

A tract of land bounded on the north by
the south line of East Rosedale Street;
on the east by the west line of the M.K. &
T. R.R. right-of-way; on the south by the
north line of East Magnolia Avenue; and, on
the west by the east line of the S.F. R.R.

That this ordinance shall be effective from and after its passage
