AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING IMPROM14ENTS CK HUNTER STREET
FRCK THE NORTHERLY LINE OF CRAIG STREET TO THE
SOUTHERLY LINE OF BEAT![ STREET IN THE CITY OF FORT
WORTH, TEXAS.
WHEREAS, the City of Dort Worth, Texas, has heretofore entered
into a Contract With General Construction Company for the making and
construction of certain street improvements on the following portion
of HUNTER STREET in said City, to-wit:
HUNTER STREET, from the northerly line of Craig
Street to the southerly line of Beaty Street,
known and designated as Unit No. 1
and,
WHEREAS, such improvements have been completed upon said portion
of Hunter Street and have been inspected and found to be in complete
accordance with the Contract, NOW THEREME,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS:
That the improvements on said portion of Hunter Street be, and they
are hereby, accepted,, and the Contract With reference to the construction
of such improvements be, and is hereby, found and declared fully completed
and performed.
This Ordinance shall take effect and be in fall force from and
after its passage.
