G 7 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2062, BEING AN ORDINANCE TO REGULATE AND RESTRICT THE LOCATION AND USE OF BUILDINGS, STRUCTURES, AND LAND FOR TRADE, INDUSTRY, RESIDENCE, OR OTHER PURPOSES, THE HEIGHT, NUMBER OF STORIES, AND SIZE OF BUILD- INGS AND OTHER STRUCTURES, THE SIZE OF YARDS AND OTHER OPEN SPACES, AND THE DENSITY OF POPULATION, AND FOR SAID PURPOSES TO DIVIDE THE MUNICIPALITY INTO SUCH DISTRICTS OF NUMBER, SHAPE AND AREA AS MAY BE DEEMED BEST BY FIXI14G DEFINITE USES OF THE BUILDINGS HEREINAFTER ERECTED IN SAID DESCRIBED AREAS FROM THE USES AS SHOWN`ON THE MAPS CONTAINED IN SAID ORDINANCE NO, 2082; PRESCRIBING A SAVINGS CLAUSE: PROVIDING A FINE OF NOT LESS THAN $5.00 NOR MORE THAN $50.00 FOR EACH OFFENSE, AND THAT EACH DAY THAT A VIOLATION IS PERMITTED TO EXIST SHALL CONSTITUTE A SEPARATE OFFENSE: AND NAMING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS: SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 2082 be amended so that the following described uses in the hereinafter described areas be altered, changed and amended as follows to wit: RECOMMENDED CHANGE AREAS FROM TO Lots 14 through 23, Block 28, Blue Bonnet Hills Addition "A" "C" Lots 6 through 10, Block 38, Blue Bonnet Hills Addition "A" "B" Lots 24 through 30, Block 25, Blue Bonnet Hills Addition "B" lion Lots 12 through 15, Block 26, Blue Bonnett Hills Addition "Bn "C" (3500, 3600 & 3700 Blocks of University Dr.) Lots 8 and 9. Block 56; and, Lots 1 and 2, Block 51, Rosen Heights First Filing "Eli "F" (N.W. 28th Street and Prairie Avenue) Lots 10 through 16, Block 6, Moody Addition; and, Lots 12 through 18, Block 67, Morgan Heights Addition "B" tic" (2800 Block of Schwartz Avenue) N10* of Lot 13, and Lots 14 and 15, Block 28, Prospect Heights Addition "Eli "F" Lot 16, Block 28. Prospect Heights Addition "B" "F" (N.W. corner W. Berry St. & Gordon Ave.) Lots 21, 22, 23 and 24, Block 77; Lots 37, 38, 39 and 40, Block 78; Lots 1, 2, 5, and 4, Block 83; and, Lots 17, 18, 19 and 20, Block 84; Chamberlin Arlington Heights Second Filing "B" "Eli (Goodman Avenue and Bourine Street) Lots 1 through 15, Block 3; and, Lots 14 through 26, Block 4, Golf Hills Addition "A" "Bit (5000 Block of Sappington Place) i Lots 11D and 11, Block 117; and, Lots 12 and 15, Block 118, M. G. Ellis Addition "B" "E" (Clinton Avenue & N.W. 55th Street) The west 195 feet of the South 115 feet of Block 28, Tuckers Addition "D" "d" (100 Block of W. Terrell Avenue) 0 SECTION 2. Should any section, clause or provision of this ordinance be declared by the Court to be invalid, the same shall not affect the validity of the Ordinance as a whole or any part thereof, other than the part so declared to be invalid. SECTION S. Any person, firm or corporation who violates, disobeys, omits, neglects or refuses to comply with or who resists the enforcement of any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be fined not less than Five and no/100 Dollars ($5.00) nor more than Fifty and no/100 Dollars ($50.00) for each offense. Each day that a violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense. SECTION 4.
