in the City, of Fort worth to serve, or- have served.by
waiters, to the patrons of such restaurant, hotel qF
cafe, any intoxicating liquor or liquors in any private
booth or room attached to or adjoining the main dining
room of such restaurant, hotel or cafe, _ .,aar�►e� ted

sold by the owner, proprietor or manager, their agents,
servants or emplpyees, orAsupplied from any bar room.
Section 2. Any peisonpjpersons, firm or corloration
violating the prcvi ions of this Ordini noe shall be fined
in any sum not exceeding One Hundred ("100.00) Dollars,
and each day's violation of this Ordinance shall be and
constitute a iieparwte,offence.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be
in v=wqp from and after its paasagrz and pug licetion
as required law.
