SECTION 8. Any person or persons, firm or core= or,-tion violating any of the provisiOns of this Ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be fined in any sum not less than Five Dollars (k5.00) and not :-:ors than One Hundred Dollar: ('.100.001 and c-aoh violation thereof shall be, and is hereby declared to be, a distinct and separate offense and punishable as such. SECTION 3. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with the terms of this Ordinance are hereby re- pealed. SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its pas ;age and publication as requira�y law.
