An Ordinance making it unlawful for any Ver';on or
persons, firm or cor,-.oration, to ; ark or stand or detain any
service car or automobile used or operated on the streets of
the City of Fort �'.orth, for the purpose of carrying or trans-
porting pas -ngers for hire, while a,aiting for or soliciting
employment, on Seventh Street.

ing or transporting passengers for hire, while waiting for or
soliciting employment, on Seventh Street.
SECTION 8. Any person or persons, firm or core=
or,-tion violating any of the provisiOns of this Ordinance
shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction
thereof shall be fined in any sum not less than Five Dollars
(k5.00) and not :-:ors than One Hundred Dollar: ('.100.001 and
c-aoh violation thereof shall be, and is hereby declared to
be, a distinct and separate offense and punishable as such.
SECTION 3. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances
in conflict with the terms of this Ordinance are hereby re-
pealed.
SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its pas ;age and publication as
requira�y law.
I hereby- certify that the above and foregoing Ordinance was
duly presented and unanimously ill passed and adopted by the
Board of Commissioners of the City of Fat Worth, Texas, at a
regular session of said Board held November 16th, A. D. 1919.
