AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING THAT BUUTH STREET, LOCATED
IN SANGAMU.PAt3K ADDITION TO THE CITY OF YURT wuRTH,
TEXAS, ACCURDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF REI:URDED IN
VOLUME 403, PAGE 12, DEED RECORDS uF' TARRANT COUNTY,
TEXAS, BE CLOSED, VACATED AND ABANDONED FROM UURUNA

Section 1. WHEREAS, it appearing to the City Council of
the City of Fort Worth that the following described street fifty (50)
feet wide, from Corona Avenue (now Rosedale) North to the T. P. tracks
in the Sangamo Park Addition to the City of Fort Worth, Texas,
according to the plat thereof recorded in Volume 403, Page 12 of the
Deed Records of Tarrant County, Texas, has never been used or adopted
as a public street or thoroughfare since the dedication of the same,
and that since the dedication of the said Sangamo Park Addition to
the City of Fort borth, the same has been re-plotted and dedicated as
the North mistletoe Heights Addition to the city of Fort Vuorth, and
that as the North Mistletoe Heights Addition to the city of Fort worth
is -platted the said property has been used for residential purposes
and same have been built on the said Booth street and that it would be
to the best interest of the public that the said Booth Street from
CoronaAvenue (now Rosedale) North to the T. P. tracks be abandoned
and vacated as a public street and thoroughfare.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT uRDAINED by the City Council of the
City of Fort Worth that the above described Booth Street be closed and
permanently vacated as a street and thoroughfare of every kind and
character.
Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be thereby repealed.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force and effect from and after the date of its passage.
