In re: Block G, Sprang Park Addition to the City of
Fort Worth, Tarrant County, Texas.
Honorable Mayor and City Councilmen
City Hall
Fort Worth, Texas
Gentlemen:
We, the undersigned, owners of property located
in Block G, Spring Park Addition to the City of Fort Worth,
Tarrant County, Texas, hereby respectfully petition that you
formally close the easterly-westerly alley located in said
block. Said alley has never been actually opened or used. A
large part of the aforesaid block has been taken to form a part
of the Fast-West Expressway. Most of the remaining tier of lots
facing northerly in said block will be of no value so long as
said alley is open, because the residuary part remaining is too
small to serve a useful purpose. Said alley will not serve any
useful purpose if it remains open and the remaining portion of
said block can be made into a very productive tract of land if
said alley is closed.
Respectfully submitted,
