B.orgerff, peti- tion you to vacate that portion of South Main Street that ad- joins and is adjacent on the West to what is designated as Block 2 of South Park Heights Addition to the City of Fort Worth, be- ing that portion of what on said plat is designated as South Main Street that is located between Cantey Street and Capps Street. In this connection petitioners state that they are the owners of what is designated as Block 2, South Park Heights Ad- dition to the City of Fort Worth, That that part of said street which they seek to have vacated is of irregular shape , less than a block in length, and is not now used and has never been used for street purposes and is not suitable for street purposes.
