ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING THAT AN EIGHT (8) FOOT UTILITY
EASEMENT, SCTUATED AND LYING BETWEEN LOTS "A" AND FIVE
(5); LOTS "A" AND "B"; LOTS "B" AND TWELVE (12); AND
LOTS FIVE (5) AND TWELVE (12), OF BLOCK 37 OF RTTIf;T.E
ADDITION TO THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TARRANT COUNTY,
TEXAS, BE RELEASED, VACATED, ABANDONED, CANCELLED AND
CLOSED; PROVIDING FOR THE REVERSION OF THE FEE THEREIN;
REPEALING CONFLICTING ORDINANCES AND PROVIDING AN EFFEC-
TIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS:
SECTION 1.
That an eight (8) foot utility easement situated and lying between
Lots "A" and Five (5); Lots "A" and "B"; Lots "B" and Twelve (12); and Lots
Five (5) and Twelve (12), of Block 37 of the Ridglea Addition to the City of
Fort Worth, Tarrant County, Texas, as such easements and lots are shown on
the maps or plats of said Addition, of record in the Office of the County
Clerk of Tarrant County, Texas, the same appearing in Vol. 1049, Page 40,
and Vol. 388-G, Page 75, of the Plat Records of Tarrant County, Texas, to
which reference is here made.
SECTION 2.
That this ordinance shall not be construed to effect any easement
other than that designated in Section 1 hereof, and specifically this ordi-
nance shall not apply to an existing easement across Lots "A", "B", Five
(5), Six (6), Eleven (11) and Twelve (12), Block 37, of Ridglea Addition to
the City of Fort Worth, Tarrant County, Texas, as such easement appears of
record in Vol. 3105, Page 542, Deed Records of Tarrant County, Texas.
SECTION 3.
That the property rights in the easement so released herein shall
revert to the fee simple owner thereof as provided by law.
SECTION 4.
That all ordinances, or parts thereof, in conflict herewith are
repealed.
SECTION 5.
That this ordinance shall take effect from and after its passage.
