AN ORDINANCE REFERRING BIDS FOR THE IMPROVEMNT OF
PORTIONS OF VARIOUS STREETS AT SIXTEEN (16) LOCATIONS
IN THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS, TO THE PUBLIC WORKS IEPAR7149NT
FOR A REPORT THEREON
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS
SECTION 1.
That Bids for the construction of improvements on streets at sixteen

(16) locations,being portions of Townsend Drive, Fifth Avenue, Humbert Avenue,
Collin Street, Howard Street, Gardenia Street, Farnsworth Avenue, Saint Louis
Avenue, Missouri Avenue, Kilpatrick Avenue, Biddison Street, Curzon Avenue and
Northwest Twenty-Second Street,"in the City of Fort Worth, Texas, having on
the 31st day of January, 1957, been opened and read and the following persons
had filed bids for the performance of such work or part thereof, to-wit:
1. Texas Bitulithic Company, Fort Worth, Texas
2. General Construction Company, Fort Worth, Texas
that such Bids be and the same are hereby referred to the Public Works Deparkv
ment, which is directed to cause to be promptly filed with the City Council a
report and recommendation thereon.
SECTION 2.
That this Ordinance shall take effect from and after its passage.

Street, Howard Street, Collin Street, Gardenia Street, Farnsworth Avenue, Howard
Street, Saint Louis Avenue, Missouri Avenue, Townsend Drive, Kilpatrick Avenue,
