Industrial Building Corporation, owner of all adjacent property
except an electric utility easement, has requested abandonment of a
portion of a sanitary sewer easement across Northpark Drive and Lots
3 and 7, Block 1, North Park Industrial Addition, southeast to the
northerly right-of-way line of East North Side Drive as shown on the
attached map. The sewer formerly located in the easement has been
rerouted and is now abandoned.
Private utility companies, Public Works, Water, Traffic Engineering
and Planning Departments have reviewed the request and do not object
to the proposed easement abandonment.
On April 21, 1965, the City Plan Commission reviewed the request
and recommended City Council adoption of an ordinance which has been
prepared abandoning the easement as requested.
