off passengers, fixing a penalty therefor and repealing
section 49 of ordinance No. 421, the same being known as
the traffic ordinance.

section one. (It shall be unlawful for any person driving
a motor drawn or horse^drawn
vehicle to pees any street car going in the same direetion,
slopped for the purpose of taking on or letting off passengers. j
section II. Any person *lolating any of the p"visione /
of the foregoing section shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor
and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a. fine not
to exceed 0AK*r9$.
Section III. Words used herein shall be given the esme
interpretation and mea"ng s p1%*ciibsd by the prdVielons
of ordinance Us. 421, the same being Vhrt is•ka�i as the
traffic ordinance for the a:ty of Fort Worth, as the sime
appears in the Revised Ordinanee for the City of Fort Worth
at pages 443 to 453 inclusive.
Section IV. Section 49 of said traffic ordinance referred
to in the preceding section be and the same le hereby re-
pealed,
This ordinance shall be in force from and ifter its
passage and 5 days publication as required by law.
