AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3011, BEING AN ORDINANCE TO REGULATE AND RESTRICT THE LOCATION AND USE OF BUILDINGS, STRUCTURES, AND LAND FOR TRADE, INDUSTRY, RESIDENCE, OR OTHER PURPOSES, THE HEIGHT, NUMBER OF STORIES AND SIZE OF BUILDINGS AND OTHER. STRUCTURES, THE SIZE OF YARD AND OTHER OPEN SPACES, OFF-STREET PARKING AND LOADING AND THE DENSITY OF POPULATION: AND FOR SAID PURPOSES TO DIVIDE THE MUNICIPALITY INTO DISTRICTS OF SUCH NUMBER, SHAPE AND AREA.AS MAY BE DEEMED BEST BY FIXING DEFINITE USES OF THE BUILDINGS HEREINAFTER ERECTED IN SAID DESCRIBED AREAS FROM THE USES AS SHOWN ON THE MAPS CONTAINED IN SAID ORDINANCE NO. 3011; PRESCRIBING A SAVINGS CLAUSE: PROVIDING A FINE OF NOT LESS THAN $5.00 NOR MORE THAN $200.00 FOR EACH OFFENSE, MID THAT EACH DAY THAT A VIOLATION IS PERMITTED TO EXIST SHALL CONSTITUTE A SEPERATE OFFENSE; AND NAMING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS: SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 3011 be amended so that the following described uses in the hereinafter described areas be altered, changed and amended as follows to wit: AREAS FROM TO No. 56 Z-73. Lot 14, Block 5, Carroll-Stone Addition "B" "E" (2612 W. Pafford Street) No. 58-Z-75. The portion of Block 1, Rosedale Industrial Tract, that the Texas Highway Department will not need for right-of-way for Southeast Loop 217 "A" "E" (2000 block Cravens Road - east side of Street) No. 58-Z-76. Lots 1 through 3, Block 21, Tuckers Addition "D" "E-R" (100 block W. Cannon - south side of Street) No. 5"-76. The residue of Block 20, Tuckers Addition "D" "J" (100 block of W. Cannon - north side of Street) No. 58-Z-79. Lots 21, 22 and 23, Block 12, Worth Hills Addition "B" "E" (3300 block of Prairie Avenue) No. 584-81. Lot 10, Block 32, Alta Mere Addition "C" "E" (3300 block of Bonnie Drive) SECTION 2. The zoning regulations and districts, as herein established, have been made in accordance with a emprehensive plan for the purpose of promoting health, safety, morals and the general welfare of the community. They have been designed to lessen congestion in the streets; to secure safety from fire, panic and other dangers; to provide adequate light and air; to prevent the overcrowding of ]and; to avoid undue concentration of population; to facilitate the adequate provision of transportation, water, sewerage, parks and other public requirements, They have been made with reasonable consideration, among other things, of the character of the district and its peculiar suitability for the particular uses and with a view of conserving the value of buildings and encouraging the most appropriate use of land through the community. SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be cuanlative of all other ordinances of the City of Fort Worth affecting zoning and shall not repeal any of the provisions of said ordinances except in those instances where provisions of those ordinances are in direct conflict with the provisions of this ordinance. SECTION b. Should any section, clause or provision of this ordinance be declared by the Court to be invalid, the same shall not affect the validity of the ordinance as a whole or any part thereof, other than the part so declared to be invalid. SECTION 5. Any person, firm or corporation rho violates, disobeys, omits, neglects or refuses to comply with or who resists the enforcement of any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be fined not less than Five and NOAOO Dollars ($5.00) nor more than Two Hundred and NoA00 Dollars ($200.00) for each offense. Each day that a violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense. SECTION b.
