AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING THAT A PORTION OF HAGLER STfZEET Ba VASAM-ABAND0 D AND CLOSED; PRO- VID7M FM Tht KhVX THE FEE TR SAID r=; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING THAT THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BECOME EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY. WHEREAS, the following described portion of Hagler Street has never been used by the public and should be closed, vacated and abandoned: All of that part of Hagler Street lying south of and adjacent to the south line of Block 20, Frisco Heights Addition to the City of Fort Worth, Tarrant County, Texas, and being between Townsend Drive on the west and Gordon Street on the east, save and except that portion 15 feet in width across said Hagler Street for the extension of the alley to the south; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS: SECTION 1. That the following described portion of Hagler Street be and the same is hereby closed, abandoned and permanently vacated as a street or public thoroughfare of any kind or character whatever: All of that part of Hagler Street lying south of and adjacent to the south line of Block 20, Frisco Heights Addition to the City of Fort worth, Tarrant County, Texas, and being between Townsend Drive on the west and Gordon Street on the east, save and except that portion 15 feet in width across said Hagler Street for the extension of the alley to the south. SECTION 2. That the fee to the land in said street shall revert as provided by law. SECTION 3. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. SECTION 4. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force and ef- fect from and after the date of its passage. APPROV'FD AS TO City Attorney r .
