saw a decline from December. Our YTD results are -7.0% worse than last year and suggest that
consumer spending still has not begun to recover.
Staff will continue to monitor this volatile revenue source throughout the gear. We will
provide an update to the City Council on a monthly basis and if necessary, implement a
mid-year adjustment.
