AN ORDINANCE CLOSING AND VACATING THE UTILITY EASEMENT
ON THE SOUTH FIVE FEET OF LOT "A" AND ON THE WEST FIVE
FEET OF LOTS "A," "B," "C" AND "D," JACK W. SANDIFER SUB-
DIVISION, AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TARRANT
COUNTY, TEXAS; AND PROVIDING FOR THE REVERSION OF THE FEE
TO SAID LAND
BE IT ORDAI BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS:
SECTION 1.
That the utility easement on the south five feet of Lot "A" and
on the west five eet of Lots "A," "B," "C" and "D," Jack W. Sandifer
Subdivision, an a dition to the City of Fort Worth, Tarrant County, Texas,
be and the same i hereby extinguished, vacated, closed and permanently
abandoned as an a sement for public utilities.
SECTION 2.
That the fee to the land in said easement above described is hereby
released and will revert to the owners as provided by law.
SECTION 3.
That all ordi nces or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are
hereby repealed.
SECTION 4.
That this ord Hance shall take effect and be in full force and ef-
fect from and afte the date of its passage.
