AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Fort Worth, Texas, has heretofore
ordered that each of the hereinafter described portions of streets, avenues and public
places in the City of Fort 'Worth, Texas, be improved by raising, grading and filling same
and by constructing thereon the following, to-wit:
1. Donnelly Avenue Unit i•o. 1, 6" Hot Mix Asphaltic Concrete
Pavement on a 36' Roadway.
2. Byers Avenue Unit No. 2, 6" Hot Mix Asphaltic Concrete
Pavement on 30' roadway from Montgomery
Street to Owasso Street to the North and
a 40' roadway from the East Line of Lot 9,
Block 15, Queenshorough Heights Addition,
to Owasso Street to the North.
3. Lovell Avenue Unit No. 3, 6" Hot [:ix Asphaltic Concrete
Pavement on a 36' Roadway.
4. Lovell Avenue Unit No. 4, 1=" Hot N'lix Asphaltic Concrete

together with combined concrete curbs and cutters on proper grade and line where same are
not already so constructed, together with storm sewers and drains and other necessary in-
cidentals and appurtenances; all of said improvements to be constructed as and where shown
on the Plans and in strict accordance with the Plans and Specifications therefor; and
contract therefor has been made and entered into with General Construction Company; and

Such estimates be, and they art hereby, adopted and approved.

It is hereby found and determin-d that the cost of improvements -,n each
portion of street, avenue and public place hereinafter described, with the :amount of
amounts per front foot proposed to be assessed for such improvements against abutting
property and the owners thereof, are r-s follows, to-wit.
